RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Ada kabar menggembirakan bagi para YouTuber di Tanah Air. Sekarang, konten Youtube dapat dijadikan jaminan guna mengajukan pinjaman ke bank, karena tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tentang Ekonomi Kreatif.
Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Menkumham) Yasonna Hamonangan Laoly menyatakan kebijakan tersebut menjadi bentuk keberpihakan pemerintah dalam melindungi Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI).
“PP itu turut mengatur sejumlah skema pembiayaan khusus untuk para pelaku ekonomi kreatif termasuk Youtuber. Sehingga nantinya sertifikat kekayaan intelektual bisa dijaminkan di bank sebagai fidusia,” kata Yasonna, melalui keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis (21/7).
Untuk diketahui, fidusia adalah pengalihan hak kepemilikan sebuah benda yang registrasi hak kepemilikannya masih dalam kekuasaan pemilik benda tersebut.
Yasonna mengatakan, hal-hal yang diatur dalam PP tersebut antaranya terkait skema pembiayaan yang dapat diperoleh oleh pelaku ekonomi kreatif melalui lembaga keuangan bank maupun non bank yang berbasis kekayaan intelektual.
Sedangkan syarat agar konten Youtube dapat dijadikan jaminan pinjaman bank, kata Yasonna, yakni jumlah penonton videonya mencapai jutaan.
Memurut Yasonna, bila sertifikat kekayaan intelektual atau hak cipta, seperti hak cipta lagu, memiliki jutaan penonton di YouTube, itu berarti sertifikatnya sudah mempunyai nilai jual.
“Lembaga keuangan akan menentukan nilai kekayaan intelektualnya. Semakin tinggi value atau nilai dan potensi ekonomi dari karya cipta, merek, atau paten yang dimiliki tersebut, maka nilai pinjaman yang diberikan pun akan semakin besar,” ungkap Yasonna. (BD)
