Ada lebih dari 200 orang mendatangi Acara “The Journey To 100 Synergistic Barrier” milik Trueve. Ya, Trueve sendiri adalah sebuah merek skincare produk lokal yang saat ini namanya tengah naik daun.
“Hari ini kita ada kegiatan dan yang datang ada 100 orang lebih. Dan di sini, secara bersama-sama, mereka bisa membuktikan manfaat dari produk skincare Trueve ini ke kulit wajahnya masing-masing peserta. Produknya harus dipakai selama dua minggu, lalu nanti dilihat hasilnya seperti apa,” ujar Co-Founder Trueve, Carla Setiawan.
Ditemui awak redaksi Kantor Berita ratas.id RADAR TANGSEL di sela-sela Acara “The Journey To 100 Synergistic Barrier Trueve” di Senen, Jakarta Pusat, 30 Januari 2023, Carla mengatakan, produknya menggunakan teknologi canggih. “Yaitu Synergistic Barrier Technology. Mekanisme pemilihannya adalah 100 orang yang terpilih di program perdana Trueve yaitu mereka (para pengguna skincare) yang memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap kesehatan kulitnya,” papar Carla.
Ia menerangkan lebih lanjut, mekanisme pemilihannya adalah dari 1000 lebih yang mendaftar, pihaknya mencari orang-orang yang memang berkomitmen untuk datang. “Mereka memiliki kendala di kulit wajahnya dan solusi bisa diberikan oleh Trueve. Jadi masing-masing peserta akan mendapatkan satu set produk dari kita yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan kulitnya berdasarkan hasil dari konsultasi dengan dokter-dokter yang ada di acara hari ini,” bebernya.
Untuk diketahui, Trueve yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2020 ini merupakan hasil kerjasama antara Deca Grup dan Sharkmind. Varian produk serta harga yang dimiliki membuat brand skincare lokal itu menjadi buah bibir di kalangan para pengguna skincare di tanah air.
“Yang bikin aku kagum adalah respon dari pengguna karena Trueve itu repeat ordernya tinggi sekali, jumlahnya. Karena, kita beberapa kali ngadain survei ke penguna-penguna Trueve dan hasilnya mereka banyak yang bilang bahwa pengen banget rekomendasiin produk ini ke orang-orang terdekatnya. Jadi dari situ aku senang sekali melihat bahwa Trueve cocok,” terangnya.
Carla menyebutkan, hal itu tentu mempunyai nilai yang positif sekali. “Varian harganya mulai dari Rp. 30.000 – Rp 290.000. Dari lini produknya untuk skincare lengkap dari facial wash, toner essence, serum, sunscreen dll. Total keseluruhannya ada 20-an lebih produk. Ada di online, offline, distributor dan agen,” tutupnya.
