RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang Selatan (DLH Tangsel) membangun Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara. Taman tersebut pun jadi tempat favorit warga.
Wali Kota Tangsel, Benyamin Davnie telah meresmikan Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara, pada Senin, 1 Juli 2024. Peresmian tersebut dilakukan di SDN Paku Jaya 1,Jalan Bhayangkara I, No. 9, Kelurahan Paku Jaya, Serpong Utara.
Pada kesempatan itu, sang wali kota sekaligus meresmikan Gedung SDN Paku Jaya 1 dan pembangunan fisik lainnya di Kecamatan Serpong Utara. Peresmian Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara tersebut berjalan lancar.
Wali Kota Ucapkan Terima Kasih
Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota Benyamin Davnie mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak dan komponen masyarakat atas terbangunnya Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara itu. “Kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak atas kontribusinya dalam pembangunan ini. Semoga dapat bermanfaat (untuk) masyarakat Tangsel, khususnya masyarakat Serpong Utara,” ungkap Benyamin.
Tempat Beraktivitas dan Olah Raga
Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara ini dibangun, kata Benyamin, dalam rangka mewujudkan ruang-ruang publik masyarakat Kota Tangsel. Ucapnya, taman tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai tempat beraktivitas, berolah raga, berkumpul juga wahana bersosialisasi sesama warga.
Masyarakat Ikut Menjaga
Masih dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota Benyamin meminta masyarakat untuk ikut menjaga dan memelihara fasilitas Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara tersebut. “Saya mengimbau masyarakat agar ikut menjaga dan memelihara fasilitas yang sudah Pemerintah Tangsel sediakan ini,” pintanya.
Dibangun Sejak 2023
Pada kesempatan itu, Kepala Bidang Konservasi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangsel, Erik Gustaman, S. H., M. A. P. mengatakan, Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara ini dibangun sejak tahun 2023. Kata pejabat Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Tangsel yang masih muda itu, pihaknya membangun taman tersebut di atas lahan seluas 2.300 m2.
Dilengkapi Berbagai Fasilitas Publik
Dijelaskan Erik, Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara ini dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas publik. “Ada lapangan futsal, jogging track juga taman bermain anak-anak,” paparnya.
Jaga Kebersihan Taman
DLH Tangsel pun berharap, masyarakat dapat menjaga kebersihan taman ini. “Kami (DLH Tangsel) sangat butuh partisipasi masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan dan sarana prasarana taman ini. Tentu, kami juga berharap taman ini dapat menjadi ruang yang bermanfaat untuk warga,” pungkas birokrat yang supel dengan awak media tersebut.
Jadi Tempat Favorit Warga
Dari pantauan ratas.id RADAR TANGSEL, Taman Rakyat Serpong Utara ini jadi tempat favorit warga untuk berolah raga, beraktivitas sesama masyarakat. Juga, anak-anak sangat senang dan nyaman bermain di taman tersebut. (ADV/AGS)
