RATAS – Center of Budget Analysis (CBA) dan Indonesian Audit Watch (IAW) berencana kembali melaporkan Jaksa Agung Sanitiar Burhanuddin ke Polri. Kali ini dengan sangkaan pemalsuan data pribadi.
“Segera kita laporkan ke Bareskrim Polri. Dokumen-dokumen pendukung sudah kita siapkan,” kata Direktur Eksekutif CBA, Uchok Sky Khadafi, Rabu, 4 Desember 2024.
CBA dan IAW, sebut Uchok, sudah melakukan kajian terkait pasal sangkaan untuk digunakan dalam pelaporan termasuk terkait sangkaan pembuatan dokumen ganda.
Salah satunya Pasal 272 KUHP, bahwa menggunakan atau memalsukan gelar akademik tanpa izin bisa dikenakan pidana penjara maksimal 10 tahun atau denda maksimal Kategori VI Rp 2 miliar.
“Ada Pasal 263, 264, 266, 272, dan 378 KUHP, Pasal 35 UU ITE, juga Pasal 94 UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2013. Kajian sudah selesai,” tambah Uchok.
Sekretaris Pendiri IAW Iskandar Sitorus menambahkan Burhanuddin patut diduga memalsukan dan atau membuat dokumen ganda terkait data kependudukan, akademik dan dokumen administratif lainnya.
Terkait identitas kependudukan, terdapat beda pencatatan tahun lahir Burhanuddin. Berdasarkan sistem informasi Kejaksaan RI, Burhanuddin lahir 17 Juli 1954, lalu berdasarkan e-KTP di Bandung lahir 17 Juli 1960. Kemudian berdasarkan KTP dan Kartu Keluarga di Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, sebut Iskandar, Burhanuddin tercatat lahir 17 Juli 1960.
Terkait data perkawinan, kata Iskandar lagi, berdasarkan kartu keluarga Bandung Barat, Burhanuddin menikah dengan Sruningwati dan memiliki tiga anak. Sedangkan berdasarkan kartu keluarga Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, Burhanuddin dengan pekerjaan wiraswasta menikahi Mia Amiatia yang kini menjabat sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur dan memiliki satu anak.
“Tentang beda data kependudukan dan perkawainan hanya sebagiannya saja. Ada juga yang terkait ijazah atau riwayat pendidikan, dan tandatangan,” tukas Iskandar Sitorus.
Langkah melaporkan Burhanuddin dengan tuduhan memalsukan data pribadi merupakan upaya kedua yang dilakukan CBA dan IAW.
Sebelumnya, dua LSM yang kerap menyoroti isu korupsi terkait penggunaan APBN dan APBD ini mengadukan Burhanuddin dengan tuduhan menyebarkan informasi bohong alias hoaks terkait pengepungan Kejagung oleh Brimob dan penguntitan pejabat Kejagung oleh Densus 88.
