“KPK menemukan barang bukti berupa dokumen, catatan terkait pengeluaran dana non-budgeter, serta aset dalam bentuk uang deposito sekitar Rp70 miliar, kendaraan roda dua dan empat, tanah, serta bangunan,” ujar Budi dalam konferensi pers di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, Kamis (13/3/2025).
Dana non-budgeter merujuk pada dana di luar APBN atau APBD yang tidak tercatat dalam anggaran resmi. KPK juga telah memetakan pihak-pihak yang diduga menikmati aliran dana tersebut.
Ridwan Kamil Beri Klarifikasi
Menanggapi penyitaan aset dan penggeledahan tersebut, Sekretaris DPD Partai Golkar Jawa Barat, Iswara, mengungkapkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil telah menghubunginya untuk memberikan klarifikasi.
“Beliau menyampaikan bahwa, ‘Insya Allah saya tidak ikut campur dalam masalah tersebut,’” ungkap Iswara dalam sebuah pernyataan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ciamis, Sabtu (15/3/2025).
Menurut Iswara, Ridwan Kamil menghubunginya melalui nomor stafnya dan menyatakan bahwa dirinya berada di Bandung dalam kondisi baik. Selain itu, mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat itu juga menegaskan kesiapannya untuk bekerja sama dengan penyidik KPK.
“Beliau menyampaikan bahwa siap kooperatif dan akan memenuhi panggilan KPK jika diminta memberikan keterangan,” tambah Iswara.
KPK Akan Memanggil Ridwan Kamil
KPK memastikan akan memanggil Ridwan Kamil untuk dimintai klarifikasi terkait barang bukti yang ditemukan dalam penggeledahan.
“Status beliau dalam kasus ini masih belum ditentukan, bahkan sebagai saksi pun belum, karena kami belum melakukan pemanggilan,” jelas Budi Sokmo.
Saat ditanya apakah Ridwan Kamil sebagai pemegang saham Bank BJB turut serta dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kasus ini, Budi menyatakan bahwa belum ada bukti yang mengarah ke sana.
“Hingga saat ini, penyidikan masih berfokus pada penelusuran penggunaan dana hasil dugaan korupsi, termasuk siapa saja penerima dana tersebut dan penggunaannya,” jelasnya.
Budi menegaskan bahwa KPK akan segera menjadwalkan pemanggilan seluruh pihak terkait untuk mengklarifikasi barang bukti yang telah disita.
