RATAS – Menjelang Idulfitri 1446 H, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) kembali menggelar Safari Ramadan, agenda tahunan dalam rangka TelkomGroup Siaga RAFI (Ramadan dan Idulfitri) 2025. Kegiatan ini digelar serentak di seluruh Telkom Regional guna memastikan kesiapan infrastruktur dan layanan digital tetap optimal selama momen Ramadan dan Idulfitri.
Pada kesempatan ini, Direktur Utama Telkom Ririek Adriansyah, bersama Direktur Human Capital Management Afriwandi, Direktur Keuangan dan Manajemen Risiko Heri Supriadi, serta EVP Telkom Regional I Dwi Pratomo Juniarto, melakukan kunjungan kerja ke wilayah Telkom Regional I di Aceh, Rabu (12/3).
Dalam menghadapi lonjakan trafik dan kebutuhan layanan digital selama periode ini, TelkomGroup melakukan berbagai langkah antisipatif, seperti optimalisasi kapasitas jaringan, peningkatan kualitas layanan digital, serta pemantauan trafik secara real-time. Tim operasional juga disiagakan penuh selama 24 jam.
Dalam kunjungannya ke GraPARI Aceh, jajaran direksi berdialog langsung dengan pelanggan untuk mendengarkan aspirasi dan kebutuhan mereka. “Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepercayaan pelanggan kepada TelkomGroup. Semoga layanan kami dapat mempermudah aktivitas dan mempererat silaturahmi di bulan penuh berkah ini,” ujar Ririek Adriansyah.
Rangkaian kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tatap muka bersama karyawan TelkomGroup di Aceh, yang difokuskan pada agenda transformasi perusahaan. Telkom terus mendorong transformasi menyeluruh di seluruh lini bisnis, termasuk di tingkat regional, untuk meningkatkan daya saing, nilai tambah, dan profitabilitas di tengah dinamika industri digital.
Transformasi tersebut dijalankan melalui strategi Five Bold Moves, yaitu:
- Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC): Spin-off IndiHome ke Telkomsel;
- InfraCo: Optimalisasi aset jaringan melalui PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (TIF);
- DCCo: Penguatan data center melalui NeutraDC di dalam dan luar negeri;
- B2B Digital IT Service: Fokus pada layanan digital untuk sektor bisnis;
- DigiCo: Pengembangan layanan digital inovatif berbasis teknologi terbaru, termasuk AI.
Di tingkat regional, Telkom juga memperkuat peranannya dalam menyediakan solusi digital bagi segmen B2B dan B2C, mendukung transformasi digital di sektor pemerintahan, korporasi, hingga UKM.
Sebagai bagian dari kepedulian sosial, Telkom menyalurkan bantuan senilai total Rp2,3 miliar secara nasional. Bantuan ini meliputi santunan untuk 1.000 anak yatim piatu dan 1.000 dhuafa/disabilitas, 100 unit komputer dan akses internet untuk sekolah/madrasah/pesantren, serta donasi untuk UPZ BAZNAS Telkom. Penyaluran dilakukan secara simbolis oleh jajaran Direksi di lima regional utama: Aceh, Bandung, Malang, Banjarmasin, dan Makassar.
Melalui Safari Ramadan dan TelkomGroup Siaga RAFI 2025, Telkom terus memperkuat komitmennya dalam menghadirkan layanan terbaik dan berbagi manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia.
