RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Ketua Komisi II DPR RI Ahmad Doli Kurnia mengatakan delapan fraksi di DPR RI yang menolak sistem pemilu coblos partai atau proporsional tertutup mengadakan pertemuan hari ini.
Pertemuan itu merupakan salah satu langkah dalam menyikapi rumor hasil keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang mengubah pemilu sistem proporsional terbuka menjadi proporsional tertutup, seperti yang disampaikan oleh mantan Wamenkumham Denny Indrayana.
“Tadi saya terlambat, barusan pertemuan 8 dengan ketua fraksi masing-masing 8 partai itu, nanti jam 16.00 WIB kami mau pressconference, di presscon Nusantara III,” kata Doli di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (30/5/2023).
Waketum Partai Golkar itu menyebut pertemuan 8 fraksi di DPR bertujuan untuk menyikapi rumor keputusan MK terkait sistem pemilu yang akan diputuskan. Ia menegaskan pihaknya masih konsisten untuk mendukung sistem proporsional terbuka atau coblos caleg.
“Ya kita bertemu membahas ya kan ini menghangat lagi nih soal isu (sistem pemilu) terbuka-tertutup gitu kan. Saudara Denny Indrayana kan mendapatkan informasi katanya hakim konstitusi sudah memutuskan gitu. Nah makanya kami tadi kumpul, jam 16.00 WIB kami mau presscon,” tutur Doli.
Doli juga menyebut kedelapan fraksi tadi tetap konsisten menginginkan Pemilu 2024 ini terlaksana dengan sistem terbuka. “Dan kemudian saya berkeyakinan bahwa 9 hakim konstitusi itu masih berpikir jernih, punya hati nurani, kemudian objektif melihat realitas,” ujarnya.
Seperti yang sudah diketahui bersama, kedelapan fraksi di DPR RI sudah menolak sistem proporsional tertutup atau coblos gambar partai. Mereka yakni Partai Demokrat, PKS, Partai NasDem, PPP, Partai Golkar, Partai Gerindra, PKB, serta PAN. Satu-satunya fraksi yang mendukung kembali ke sistem proporsional tertutup hanyalah fraksi PDI Perjuangan (PDI-P). (BD)
