RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Akhirnya Komisi Pemberantasan Koupsi (KPK) rampung memeriksa sejumlah tersangka di kasus dugaan pungli rutan yang melibatkan para pegawai KPK. Kini 15 para tersangka itu langsung ditahan.
Salah seorang dari 15 tersangka adalah Kepala Rutan (Karutan) cabang KPK, Achmad Fauzi. Selain Fauzi, KPK juga menetapkan Hengki yang merupakan pencetus ‘Lurah’ di tiga cabang rutan KPK.
Pada Jumat sore (15/3/2024), ke-15 orang tersebut dihadirkan di ruang konferensi pers gedung KPK. Mereka sudah mengenakan rompi tahanan KPK berwarna oranye dengan tangan terborgol.
“Iya benar, telah dijadwalkan beberapa waktu lalu untuk mereka dapat hadir sebagai tersangka hari ini di Gedung Merah Putih KPK,” ungkap Kabag Pemberitaan KPK Ali Fikri kepada wartawan, Jumat (15/3).
Menurut Ali Fikri, pemeriksaan ini merupakan kali pertama KPK memeriksa para tersangka di pungli rutan. Para tersangka itu terdiri atas jabatan kepala rutan hingga pegawai rutan biasa. “Kami akan informasikan segera up-date-nya,” ujar Ali Fikri.
Menurut Direktur Penindakan KPK, Asep Guntur, pungli di rutan KPK tersebut terjadi sekitar tahun 2019, di mana dilakukan pertemuan terlebih dahulu. Di antaranya adalah mantan PLT Kepala Cabang Rutan KPK 2018, Deden Rochendi (DR), Hengki, dan tiga pegawai KPK lainnya.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut mereka sepakat untuk menunjuk ‘Lurah’ untuk mengkoordinir pungli di tiga rutan cabang KPK.
“Memerintahkan MR (Muhammad Ridwan, petugas rutan) sebagai ‘Lurah’ di Rutan cabang KPK pada Pomdam Jaya Guntur, MHA (Mahdi Aris, petugas rutan) sebagai ‘Lurah’ rutan cabang KPK pada gedung merah putih, dan SH (Sopian Hadi, PNYD yang ditugaskan petugas rutan) di rutan cabang KPK gedung ACLC,” ungkap Asep saat konferensi pers, Jumat (15/3/2024).
Dalam rentang waktu 2019 hingga 2023 Asep menyebut Hengki bersama dengan 14 tersangka lainnya bisa meraup untung hingga Rp6,3 miliar.
Untuk keperluan penyidikan, para tersangka langsung dilakukan penahanan untuk 20 hari pertama dimulai dari 15 Maret hingga 3 April 2024 di Rutan Polda Metro Jaya.
Dalam kasus pungli Rutan KPK, ada 93 pegawai yang terlibat. Sebanyak 90 pegawai telah menjalani sidang etik di Dewas KPK, 78 di antaranya diberikan sanksi berat berupa permintaan maaf. (ARH)
