RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Ketua Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu), Rahmat Bagja, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya menemukan sejumlah masalah dalam pelaksanaan pemungutan suara Pemilu 2024 di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Bawaslu menemukan bukti bahwa ada orang yang menguasai ribuan surat suara lewat pos di sana.
“Kami harus berhubungan dengan polisi di Malaysia untuk mengungkap identitas orang yang menguasai ribuan surat suara pos,” ungkap Rahmat di kantor Bawaslu RI, Jakarta, Rabu (14/2/2024).
Bagja menuturkan banyak kantung-kantung kotak suara keliling (KSK) yang jauh dari pemilih sehingga sulit dijangkau. Dia mengatakan KSK juga dilaksanakan tanpa izin otoritas setempat sehingga dibubarkan. Padahal, menurut Bagja, setiap KSK membawa 500 lembar surat suara meski jumlah pemilihnya tidak sampai 500.
Bagja lalu mengatakan Panwaslu Malaysia telah merekomendasikan agar suara tersebut tidak dihitung, tapi anehnya PPLN tetap menghitungnya.
“Harus dibuka juga PPLN, kenapa ada satu orang PPLN yang diindikasikan melakukan pengambilan ataupun merekrut yang bermasalah. Tapi yang bersangkutan mengundurkan diri. Harus dibuka seluas-luasnya. Akibat permasalahan tersebut mengakibatkan metode pos dan KSK bermasalah sampai sekarang,” ujar Bagja.
Atas kejadian tersebut, Bawaslu pun merekomendasikan pemungutan suara ulang untuk metode pos dan KSK di Kuala Lumpur. Dia pun mengatakan surat suara yang sudah ada tidak perlu dihitung. “Rekomendasi pemungutan suara ulang untuk metode pos dan KSK. Serta tidak dihitungnya hasil pemungutan suara dengan metode pos dan KSK di seluruh wilayah Kuala Lumpur sejak tanggal 4 sampai 11 Februari 2024,” tutur Bagja.
Lebih lanjut, Bagja berharap peristiwa tersebut menjadi terakhir kalinya masalah dalam pemungutan suara di Kuala Lumpur. Pada tahun 2019, menurut dia, wilayah ini juga sangat bermasalah dengan berbagai insiden.
“Kita punya pengalaman tahun 2019 dan semoga ini yang terakhir untuk kemudian pendataan warga negara kita khusus untuk memilih itu lebih baik lagi pada 5 tahun ke depan,” ujarnya. (ARH)
