Program Makan Siang Gratis Prabowo-Gibran Mulai Disimulasikan, Mau Tahu Apa Saja Menunya?

Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto saat meninjau acara simulasi program makan siang gratis di SMP Negeri 2 Curug, Tangerang, Banten, Kamis (29/2/2024).

RADAR TANGSEL RATAS – Pemerintah hari ini melaksanakan simulasi makan siang gratis di Tangerang meski capres dan cawapres Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka belum resmi dinyatakan KPU jadi pemenang Pilpres 2024. Simulasi yang digelar di SMP Negeri 2 Curug Tangerang ini dihadiri Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto.

Menurut Airlangga, dengan adanya simulasi ini, pemerintah pusat berharap bisa memetik pembelajaran untuk melaksanakan program yang sebenarnya pada 2025. “Ini salah satu sekolah yang menjadi volunteer untuk menyelenggarakan,” kata Airlangga dalam acara simulasi, Kamis, (29/2/2024).

Di kesempatan tersebut, Airlangga menuturkan bahwa menu yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah cukup beragam dan nilai gizinya terukur. “Menunya cocok, kalori gizinya cukup masuk, dan anak-anak senang,” ungkapnya.

Pada simulasi program makan siang gratis di SMP Negeri 2 Curug Tangerang, Pemkab Tangerang menyediakan empat menu utama dengan harga masing-masing Rp 15.000. Adapun menu yang disediakan adalah nasi ayam tepung, nasi ayam semur telur, gado-gado, dan siomay. Sejumlah menu juga mendapatkan tambahan berupa buah-buahan, sayur dan tambahan lauk.

Ada empat kelas yang menjadi obyek simulasi hari ini. Masing-masing kelas mendapatkan satu jenis menu untuk semua siswanya. Di depan kelas tersebut, tersedia papan yang menjelaskan nilai gizi yang dikandung masing-masing menu. Berikut ini detail daftar menu yang disediakan dalam simulasi dan nilai gizinya.

Menu 1

• Nasi 1 mangkuk 150 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 194 Kkal dan 3,99 gram protein, sumber zat gizi karbohidrat.

• Ayam goreng tepung ukuran 1 potong 50 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 140 Kkal dan 4 gram protein. Sumber zat gizi protein hewani.

• Perkedel tahu 2 potong 50 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 72 Kkal dan 46 gram protein. Sumber zat protein nabati.

• Sayur capcay 1 mangkuk 150 gram dengan nilai gizi 67 Kkal dan protein 1,58 gram. Sumber zat gizi sayuran.

• Pisang 1 potong 50 gram dengan nilai gizi eneri 105 Kkal dan protein 1,29 gram. Sumber zat gizi buah.

Menu 2

• Nasi 1 mangkuk 250 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 194 Kkal dan protein 3,99 gram. Sumber gizi karbohidrat.

• Semur telur 1 butir 55 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 130 Kkal dan protein 9,7 gram. Sumber zat gizi protein hewani.

• Tempe goreng tepung 1 potong 25 gram. Nilai gizi energi 72 Kkal dan protein 3,83. Sumber zat gizi protein nabati.

• Tumis buncis wortel 1 mangkuk 150 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 67 Kkal dan protein 1,58 gram. Sumber zat gizi sayuran.

• Pisang 1 potong 50 gram dengab nilai gizi energi 105 Kkal dan protein 1,29 gram. Sumber zat gizi buah.

Menu 3 (Gado-gado)

• Lontong 1 bungkus 150 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 130 Kkal dan protein 2,49 gram. Sumber zat gizi karbohidrat.

• Tahu goreng 2 potong 50 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 70 Kkal dan protein 4,4 gram. Sumber zat gizi nabati.

• Telur rebus 1 butir 55 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 77 gram dan protein 6,26 gram. Sumber zat gizi protein nabati.

• Bumbu kacang 2 sdm 150 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 150 gram dan protein 4,04 gram. Sumber zat gizi nabati.

• Wortel, kol dan sawi 1 mangkuk 100 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 56 Kkal dab protein 2,65 gram. Sumber zat gizi sayuran.

• Pisang 1 potong 50 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 105 Kkal dan protein 1,29 gram. Sumber zat gizi buah.

Menu 4 (Siomay)

• Kentang 1 buah sedang 150 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 87 Kkal dan protein 1,87 gram. Sumber zat gizi karbohidrat.

• Siomay 3 potong 100 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 153 Kkal dan protein 13,62 gram. Sumber zat gizi protein hewani.

• Telur rebus 1 butir 55 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 77 Kkal dan protein 7,97 gram. Sumber zat gizi protein hewani.

• Bumbu kacang 1 sdm 75 gram dengan nilai gizi energi 39 Kkal dan protein 2,02 gram. Sumber zat gizi nabati.

• Tahu kukus 2 potong 50 gram. Nilai gizi energi 78 Kkal dan protein 7,97 gram. Sumber zat gizi protein nabati.

• Kol 2 gulung 100 gram. Nilai gizi energi 56 Kkal dan protein 2,65 gram. Sumber zat gizi sayuran.
